Tilia Holdings, LLC (the “Company”) provides investment advisory services to its private equity fund clients (and their respective co-investment vehicles, parallel funds and alternative investment vehicles). Tilia Fund I, L.P., Tilia Annex Fund I, L.P. and Tilia Fund II, L.P., together with any future private equity investment fund to which Tilia provides investment advisory services are collectively referred to as the “Funds” or individually as “Fund”. You are receiving this notice because you are an investor or a prospective investor in the one or more of the Funds.
Protecting Your Privacy has always been important to us because our relationship is built on trust. Please take a few minutes to review this information about the Company’s privacy and security procedures.
Information We Collect: We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you such as information on account documents, subscription agreements, investor questionnaires or other forms. This may include identification information such as your name, address, social security number and telephone number, as well as information about your personal financial situation.
- Information about your transactions with our affiliates such as trades for your account, your capital account balance, other account data and participation in other investments.
You may contact us at any time should you wish to obtain access to your own records and confirm and update such records. If you wish to do so, please contact the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer, Judy Slater, during normal business hours.
Sharing Information: Except as set forth below, we will only disclose personal information to our affiliates and service providers as permitted by applicable law. In general, we may share your personal information with our accountants and attorneys, as well as with broker-dealers, custodians and transfer agents that facilitate in-kind distributions of portfolio securities. We may also share your personal information with other providers of services necessary or convenient for our services to you. In addition, we may supply the names and commitment amounts of each limited partner to the other limited partners in the Fund (as required pursuant to the Fund’s limited partnership agreement and applicable law), to prospective limited partners and to potential lenders providing credit facilities to the Fund.
Protecting Information: We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees of the Company who require access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. Any service provider or other party receiving your personal information will be authorized to use such information only to perform the services required and as permitted by applicable law. No party receiving your personal information will be authorized to use or share such information for any other purpose.
We will continue to adhere to the policies and practices described in this privacy policy with respect to the information that we have acquired about you, even if we no longer provide services to you.
