TILIA HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF INVESTMENT TEAM

Marisa Vavruska and Andrew King join Tilia as Vice Presidents.

CHICAGO, IL – June 16, 2023  |  Tilia Holdings, LLC (“Tilia”), a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investing in the evolving midstream segment of the global food supply chain, announced today that Marisa Vavruska and Andrew King have joined the firm as Vice Presidents. 

Ms. Vavruska joins Tilia from Pritzker Private Capital, where she recently served as a Vice President. She began her career in the consulting practice at PwC and also served as a Senior Associate at Citi. Ms. Vavruska holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. King joins Tilia following completion of his MBA degree at The Wharton School with majors in Business & Sustainability, Operations, and Management. He began his career at Main Street Capital Corporation and recently served as a Senior Associate at Pritzker Private Capital. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
