Tilia invests in one of Central Midwest’s leading cold storage and ambient food warehousing providers

CHICAGO, IL – DECEMBER 6, 2019 | Tilia Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trilogy Warehouse Partners and its warehousing affiliates (“Trilogy”) as of December 6, 2019. The transaction will provide new growth opportunities for Trilogy through the resources and expertise available in Tilia’s other cold storage investments in Refrig-It, Inc. (“Refrig-It”) and Universal Pure Holdings LLC (“Universal Pure”). The investment will expand Tilia’s cold storage and other warehousing services while bringing a talented and experienced team into the Tilia Resource Network.

Trilogy was founded in 2013 to provide dedicated and public warehousing services to a variety of CPG, retail and other clients. Driven by a “customer-first” approach and a metrics-driven mentality, the company has steadily grown to include five warehousing and handling locations with a variety of temperature states across Missouri and Illinois.
